TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all services provided by PERSONAL ATELIER to private and business clients worldwide.

2. Services

Services include styling consultation, image consulting, visual & mental uplifting, and coaching. Specific service scope is defined individually in written agreements or booking confirmations.

3. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is concluded upon written confirmation (email sufficient).

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are agreed individually. Invoices are payable within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations may be charged in full.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information relevant to the service.

7. No Medical or Psychological Services

PERSONAL ATELIER does not provide medical, psychiatric, or psychotherapeutic treatment. Coaching and mental uplifting services are not a substitute for professional healthcare.

8. Liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by Swiss law.

No liability is assumed for:

Subjective styling outcomes
Personal business success
Emotional or psychological development results

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, concepts, and documents remain the intellectual property of PERSONAL ATELIER unless otherwise agreed.

10. Confidentiality

All client information is treated confidentially.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply exclusively. Place of jurisdiction: Registered residence of the business owner in Switzerland.

PERSONAL ATELIER provides personal development and coaching services designed to support clients in personal growth and self-presentation.

require active participation by the client
